When you use the Bikedrop WhatsApp chatbot or website, we may collect: your phone number (provided when you message us on WhatsApp); your name, if you provide it; pickup and drop-off location details; item descriptions you provide for delivery requests; and any other information you voluntarily share with us during a conversation.

3. How We Use Your Data

We process your personal data exclusively to: facilitate your delivery requests by matching you with an available courier; communicate with you about your delivery status; comply with applicable legal obligations; and improve the reliability and quality of our platform.

4. Data Sharing

We share your contact details and delivery information with the courier assigned to your request, solely for the purpose of completing the delivery. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law. Delivery request data is typically retained for up to 12 months for operational and dispute-resolution purposes.

6. Your Rights
